The production facility of the company is built in an ecological area on the slopes of Stara Planina in the village of Chernovrah near the town of Tryavna. The land property is earmarked to be permanently used for production activities, and borders on an existing street to the west from where trucks and cars have easy access to the facility.

The production building consists of two one-storey halls, attached perpendicular to each other. The design of the facility is with a steel supporting structure and facade walls of thermal panels. The roof has roof thermal panels mounted at a slope of 10%. The flooring for the production part and the storage rooms is polished concrete with antibacterial coating. The division of fire sectors between the boiler unit, the warehouses and the production part is ensured by fireproof walls made of thermal panels with fire resistance of 120 minutes.

The reception hall has an area of 220 sq.m. and is equipped with a shock freezing sector, an inspection strip and a drum separator. 2000 cassettes are provided for temporary storage of the incoming raw material.

The production hall is with an area of 630 square meters and is divided into four main sectors: Sector for drying and separation of raw materials, sector for pressing and filtering oil, sector for flour production and sector for oil bottling.

The drying and separation sector is equipped with a modern automated single-belt dryer, feeding and exporting augers and elevators, a crusher for whole dried rose hips, a five-component separator for dried crushed rose hips, a cyclone for separating moss and a flexible screw conveyor for taking it to the boiler unit.

The oil pressing and filtering sector is equipped with seven innovative cold pressing presses, stone and metal traps, feeding and exporting augers and elevators, a dosing machine for the pressed cake, a winterizer, a filter system and a nitrogen unt.

The flour production sector is equipped with a modern automated stone mill.

The oil bottling sector is equipped with a modern dosing machine equipped with a nitrogen dispenser before closing the oil jars.

The warehouse for finished products has a total area of 200 square meters and is divided into a dry warehouse for storage of dried raw materials and finished products and a warehouse for storage of oils. Both warehouses are equipped with a pallet system and oil tanks with created nitrogen pressure of 0.5 bar. An automated system for transporting the oil, monitoring the storage temperature and, if necessary, its regular cooling to 13 degrees has been built.

The boiler room has an area of 72 sq.m. and is equipped with an automated boiler for steam production with a combined burner for rosehip moss, a buffer vessel with a movable bottom for rosehip moss, a pelleting machine for pellets of rosehip moss.

The administrative-residential part has an area of 125 square meters and consists of two offices, a conference hall, an area for meals and rest of the staff, wardrobes, bathrooms and toilets for men and women.
